Rinnegan ( Transmigration Eye )
Rinnegan is the blood inheritance limit of Rokudō Sennin ( Six Realms Sage ) and his descendants. Rokudō Sennin was viewed as the original shinobi and his Dōjutsu was regarded as the most venerable of the three great Dōjutsu. As the original shinobi it was said he created modern Ninjutsu. The Rinnegan was regarded as a god of creation when the world was racked with chaos and as a weapon of destruction which could return everything to nothingness. Usage of the Rinnegan was said to give the user mastery over all six forms of Chakra nature manipulation.

The true extent of the Rinnegan abilities are currently unknown. Rain orphan Nagato was an inheritor of the Dōjutsu, and used it unconsciously when he was angry and afraid. He entered into a berserk state which allowed him to defeat a much stronger foe. It may be this same ability which allowed him to never lose a battle as "Pein". Nagato in the guise of "Pein" also has the ability to switch between six different bodies. Each body that Nagato shares also wields the Rinnegan. When Pein summons the other host bodies to fight alongside him, each Rinnegan host will share the same vision. Meaning what one Pein views, all his other bodies also view, even if their vision is damaged. By increasing the number of Rinnegan host bodies on the battlefield, Pain will increase the number of viewing angles and eliminate any potential blind spots.

Nagato's ability to switch between these host bodies probably gives rise to the "Transmigration" name. This is a cycle of reincarnation and rebirth seen in Hinduism and Buddhism. There are six states of rebirth in the cosmology, representing all the good and bad possibilities of life.

Fūin Jutsu: Genryū Kyū Fūjin ( Sealing Jutsu: Illusionary Dragon Nine Seal )
封印術: 幻龍九封尽
Genryū Kyū Fūjin is a Fūinjutsu technique utilized by Akatsuki. To further their goals, they seek to capture all the "Jinchūriki," literally "the power of human sacrifice" a.k.a. demon possessors such as Uzumaki Naruto and Gaara. Akatsuki seeks to use the Bijū (tailed demon beasts) for their unique abilities. Once they capture one of the Jinchuuriki, they will bring them to a hidden location. All nine members need not be physically present; they can use their astral projection technique to transport a spectral form of themselves into the cave.

The members will first summon the huge "king of hell" statue. This statue has its mouth bound and eyes covered. Once they begin the technique, the mouth binding will fall away and nine spectral dragons will emerge from its mouth to strike the Jinchūriki. This will then begin the extraction process. With the absence of Orochimaru, the process will take three straight day and nights. During this period the members will release the same exact amount of power as that of the Bijū, this synchronization will thus allow its removal. As the extraction continues, the statues eyes will open to reveal the current status of previous Jinchūriki captures, with irises appearing in the eyes to apparently represent a capture.

Gofū Kekkai ( Five Seal Barrier )
五封結界
Gofū Kekkai is a Fūinjutsu technique utilized by Akatsuki. The five "kin" (prohibition) seals act together to form a barrier to the entrance of their cave. The cave door itself is marked with one tag, and four other tags are located within a few hundred meters of each other. To remove the barrier, all five tags must be removed at the same moment.

Knowing that the barrier has this weakness, Akatsuki added a further protection. When the four surrounding tags are removed, a doppelganger of the person who removed it will emerge from the ground and battle them. The doppelganger can utilize all the same moves as the original, even bloodline techniques.

Akatsuki Astral Projection Technique ( Unnamed )
This unnamed astral projection technique is used by Akatsuki to gather at one location, even while members are in different parts of the world. By forming the needed hand seal, an astral form of their being will appear at the desired location. This spirit can act in conjunction with other members to do combination jutsu like the Genryū Kyū Fūjin. While in the spirit form, the member’s voice will sound deep and distorted.

Mind Speaking Technique ( Unnamed )
A technique which requires no hand seals. Pein has shown the ability to speak within the minds of the other Akatsuki. How he does this is unknown, but it could be speculated that he uses the Akatsuki Rings to transmit this thoughts to them. This technique is only known by Pein.

Shōten no Jutsu ( Shape Changing Technique )
象転の術
Shōuten no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique used by Pein. This technique will allow a person to sacrifice their body so it can take on the almost real form of another. This technique is like Edo Tensei, but it allows for a live ninja to inhabit the body of another. Also unlike Henge which is just an appearance transformation for a ninja, this technique will allow the sacrifice to play the host for a virtual copy of another ninja.

The other ninja will totally control the sacrifice and donate a portion of their own chakra to the sacrifice to provide it chakra. While the ninja acts in the sacrifice body, it can perform most all techniques it normally does apparently except for bloodline techniques, though even this may be a limitation of the chakra. This is because the techniques are limited to however much chakra the ninja has donated. Once the chakra runs out and the sacrificial body dies, the shape change will end and the lifeless body of the sacrifice will be revealed.

Kuchiyose no Jutsu ( Art of Spiritualism )
口寄せの術
A powerful jutsu, Ninpo Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon animals, objects and the dead to fight on their behalf. The ninja normally signs a blood contract with the animal species, which allows him to summon different size and skill levels of creature. Pein summons a wide range of things, including the following:

King of Hell Statue

Giant Crustacean

Giant Chameleon

Giant Dog

Giant Ram

Giant Bird

Alternate Bodies

Interestingly enough, all of his summoned creatures hold the eye pattern of the Rin'negan and a large amount of piercings. To also be noted, Pein is not required to touch a surface or even to draw blood when he utilizes the Kuchiyose no Jutsu. NOTE: When this was approved, Russki noted that only when the jutsu used by each summon can be named will I have to register them in the summon thread. The same was noted for when each summon is named.

Pein's Chakra Detecting Rain ( Unnamed )
This unnamed Ninjutsu technique allows Pein to blanket a wide area with a downpour of rain. He can maintain a connection to the rain and tell when someone is obstructing it. This also allows him to detect the individual's Chakra level and skill.

Fūton: Reppūshō ( Wind Release: Strong Wind Palm )
風遁: 烈風掌
Fūton: Reppushō is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. After forming the needed hand seals, Pein will send a strong gust of wind towards his target. When acting in conjunction with another thrown weapon, the wind can increase its power and deadliness.

Fūton: Kōryū no Jutsu ( Wind Release: Art of the Alternating Currents )
風遁: 交流の術
Utilizing the wind element, this Jutsu causes multiple high speed wind currents to form in designated locations. These wind currents move quickly enough to deny the ability to move freely in the air. Requires a string of seven hand seals.

An advanced form of Raiton that uses Chakra to increase the amount of bio-electricity in the brain and sends the excess down to the hands.

Borudō: Boruha ( Bolt Shock: Bolt Sword )
ボ動: ボ刃
A technique utilizing an advanced for of Raiton. After drawing out the bio-electricity focused in his hands, Pein can form swords of this electricity in front of his palm. The Boruha unlike the Boruken, can be grasped by Pein, and he will remain unaffected by the bio-electricity. The Boruha do cause actual damage to a living opponent, and are strong enough to cut through steel. They have the side effect of causing one to become temporarily paralyzed. The paralysis lasts for five seconds.

Borudō: Boruken ( Bolt Shock: Bolt Dart )

A technique utilizing an advanced form of Raiton. After drawing out the bio-electricity focused in his hands, Pein can form a dart made of electricity in front of his palm. It does not touch Pein, but merely floats in front of his palm. It can be launched at any time, and moves at high speed. When it hits an opponent, it causes no physical damage to a living being, though non-living items will be physically affected. Instead, the dart temporarily paralyzes the opponent. The paralysis last for fifteen seconds. More than one dart can be made at a time.

Borudō: Daiboruken Odoroki ( Bolt Shock: Great Bolt Dart Surprise )

An advanced form of Raiton: Boruken. Instead of just forming a single dart before his palm, Pein will move his hands in any direction, and a trail of Boruken will be formed and remain stationary. When Pein forms a single hand seal, the Boruken will be launched in one of two directions; forward or backward. If the victim is hit with a large number of darts, the electricity will fry his brain, killing him. Pein can wait to use any Boruken that have been formed.

Koūton: Koū Hiyoke ( Rain Release: Rain Blind )
降雨遁: 降雨日除け
Koū Buraindo is a Jutsu for a quick escape. Upon executing the hand seals for this technique, a flash rain appears, coming down in sheets, to blanket your getaway. Repeated users of this Jutsu are fond of using Kawarimi to replace them with a splash of water. The flash rain may catch you off guard and daze you for a moment, even if you expect it.

Koūton: Koūdan ( Rain Release: Rain Bomb )
降雨遁: 降雨弾
This is a dense, hard ball of collected humidity from around the air. It can be used as a makeshift shield to absorb kunai and shuriken, or utilized as an offensive weapon. Once it impacts upon a target, it explodes into many droplets of water charged with Chakra. Therefore, the raindrops are akin to fragments of metal until the Chakra is dispersed into the air. A lot of water is drawn out of the air, especially if Koūdan is used consecutively, and, as a result, more humidity techniques are difficult to use. If the Jutsu was used in a dry area, it would be even harder to do so.

降雨遁: 降雨弾丸
Only usable while raining, this Jutsu causes the raindrops around it's user to shoot at a designated target at high speed. Stops after a short period of time.

Koū Bunshin no Jutsu ( Art of the Rain Doppleganger )
降雨分身の術
Only usable while raining, this Jutsu is a weaker version of the Mizu Bunshin. It can attack, but is far weaker than its creator and dissipates in one hit, or when the rain stops.

Koūton: Gogatsuyami ( Rain Release: Dark Night in the Rainy Season )
降雨遁: 五月闇
Essentially this is the same as Koūton: Jinkōkoū, with one major difference. This technique also envelopes the area in darkness with a Genjutsu/Ninjutsu combination. To the victim, the area becomes too dark to see properly, as if it were night. Added with the sound of the rain around, this effectively takes away three senses (sight, sound, smell). The victim cannot see well, cannot hear well, and the rain washes away odors, making smell useless for finding the enemy. Lasts for 15 minutes.

Koūton: Jinkōraiu ( Rain Release: Artificial Thunderstorm )
降雨遁:
This Jutsu can only be performed after the use of Koūton: Jinkōkoū. It essentially powers up the rain caused by the first Jutsu. The user must pour in a larger amount of Chakra, making this technique more obvious than Jinkōkoū. The user is able to increase the power of the rain to a high level, turning it into a thunderstorm: an Elite-ranked or higher shinobi using this technique could increase the power of this technique to that of a typhoon. However, even though the enemy can be severely hampered by the force of the storm, the user is also affected.

Koūton: Toūkoū ( Rain Release: Winter Rain )
降雨遁: 冬降雨
A technique that requires rain to be present. This Jutsu causes the temperature of the rain to drop dramatically, to the point of freezing. The enemy’s body temperature could lower gradually if they are exposed to the rain, causing extreme discomfort along with disorders pertaining to cold exposure: hypothermia, trench foot, frost nip, et cetera. Frostbite is highly uncommon, but very possible.

Koūton: Togekoū ( Rain Release: Stinging Rain )
降雨遁: 刺降雨
A technique that requires rain to be present. This Jutsu causes the rain to ‘sharpen’, producing a stinging sensation when it impacts against the bare skin. When used in a heavy rainstorm, this technique could cause quite a bit of discomfort to an unprepared individual.

Koūton: Nebaikoū ( Rain Release: Sticky Rain )
降雨遁: 粘降雨
A technique that requires rain to be present. This Jutsu causes the rain to attain a sticky texture, clinging to the surface of whatever happens to be exposed to the downpour. Not only does the stickiness of the rain slightly impair the enemy, but in a heavy rainstorm the enemy could be weighed down by the sheer weight of enough water sticking to them.

Koūton: Koūshūchū ( Rain Release: Rain Concentration )
降雨遁: 降雨集中
A technique that requires rain to be present. This Jutsu allows the user to concentrate the downpour of rain into a specific area, or target. The latter usage requires the user to know the location of the enemy. A small amount of Chakra is drained at a steady rate when this is active.

Koūton: Ikasamano Koū Bunshin ( Rain Release: False Rain Clone )
降雨遁: 如何様の降雨分身
This Genjutsu technique will cause the user to vanish from all five senses. Able only to be used during rain, the victim will see a silhouette of the user through the rain. If attacked, this silhouette will reveal the user being struck by the technique, and killed. The dead body will appear to be the user, and as a distraction, enable the user to attack undeterred.

Koūton: Koūyaiba ( Rain Release: Rain Blade )
降雨遁: 降雨刃
This Koūton Jutsu requires a blade. Catching water on the blade, the ninja will whip it toward his enemy. Enhanced with Chakra, the water will rip through virtually anything and travel long distances. The technique is Jōnin-level, yet becomes significantly more powerful and destructive depending on which rank a person is above Jōnin. Few barriers can hold up to the capabilities of this technique when used by an Elite-level ninja or higher. It is also important to note that a larger sword will cause greater damage, due to being able to collect more water.

Living their entire lives and training in the pouring rain has developed their senses to deal with the setback. As Rain normally disrupts hearing, scent, and even sometimes vision, Ame shinobi have been trained to detect opponents through the rain, able to look through heavy downpours and hear movements beyond falling water.

Ameippo no Jutsu ( Art of the Rain Step )
雨一歩の術
A movement method developed by Amegakure Shinobi, Amesippo allows an Ame-nin to travel at high speeds over wet or dampened terrain without making noise or slipping on substances. Special movement patterns even prevent the sound of the rain touching them from being released to the surrounding area, making it an effective stealth or traveling technique.

Способности: Като лидер той е много силна нинджа.Неговата партньорка Конан,заявява че той няма нито една загубена битка.Пейн може да използва техники като Промяна на външен вид,което му позволява да клонира другите участници от Акацки като пренася в жертва друг човек (битката Итачи-Наруто,Какаши,Сакура,Чио & Кисаме-Отбор Гай).Клонингите са перфектни копия на истинските.
Най-важната му техника е като член на Акацки е the Illusionary Dragon Nine Consuming Seal.С другите членове на Аакцки и тази техника започва 3 дневното насилствено изваждане на Опашатите Демони от телата на Джинчурикитата и запечатването им в статуята.Има си определен ред по който се затварят Опашатите Зверове,който трябва да се спазва.Девето опашатата лисица не може да бъде запечата в статуята без да бъдат изтеглени останалите Демони,защото иначе лисицата ще разруши статуята(тъй като е най-силният демон) и ако това стане всички Демони ще бъдат освободени.
Също така изглежда че Пейн е изключително интелигентен.Знае много неща които са единствени по рода си от Света на Наруто.Включително имената на хора и техните техники.
Пейн притежава техника която се предава от поколение на поколение в съответен н клан или това е Ринегана.Той се управлявал от МЪДРОСТА НА 6-ТЕ ПЪТЯ(така са нарекли човека),първата нинджа позната която създава Нинджа Света. Този който притежава Ринеган,притежава способността да използва 6 типа чакра елементи,която никоя друга нинджа не може.Нещото което най-много изпъква за Пейн е че той не е една личност а 6 индивидуални тела всички които имат една и съща воля и разум.Той ги нарича „6-те пътя на Пейн”.По принцип той действа само с едно от телата си а останалите ги държи приспани и затворени в стая която се намира в някаква машина.Единственото общо между тези тела е светлата оранжева коса и Ринегана.Също така всяко тяло си има определен брой пиарси по лицето с различна форма и големина.Всяко едно от телата изглежда че си има различна способност за защита и ги контролира чрез очната си техника(Ринегана).Всяко тяло може да усеща и вижда каквото и другите тела могат (с две думи вижда и чувстват каквото и другите тела вижда и чувстват : ] ) това му дава максимално 6 полета на поглед (т.е. на Пейн) така той може да кординира с мултифункционална прецизност движенията и защитата с много бърза скорост и прецизност(леле не искам да се бия с него).Те също така носят черно копия чрез които разрушават чакра при контакт.Най-тревожното е че телата могат да се възстановяват дори от най-тежките травми Все още не се знае как телата на тези шинобита са станали част от Пейн.

Телата:

Първо тяло(Яхико):Първото тяло на Пейн е тялото на неговия приятел Яхико,косата му е средно светла и щръкнала (сори така пише : D ) с малък мост от пиарси(на носа).Явно това е тялото което Пейн най-много предпочита след като го използва винаги и се придвижва с него.Това тяло може да контролира дъжда да го контролира кога да спре дори да го поддържа.Чрез това той може да усети колко чакра имат и какви движения правят хората които пътуват по време на дъжда.

Второ тяло:Той се отличава с дългата конска опашка ( : D ) и големият брой пиарси по лицето му.Това е тялото с по-голяма ориентация и готовност за битка.Това тяло е много силно,има способността да призовава различни животни в зависимост отцелта за която му трябват.Същото така това е най-важното тяло за Пейн.Всяко едно от животните му има Ринеган също чрез който са свързани с него.По късно се узнава че това тяло е на човек от Фуума клан,който се е бил с Джирая и е бил белязан на челото с драскотина(ако си спомняте от мангата белега на челото му за тези които я четат). По-късно тялото му е било хванато от Джирая и заведено в Коноха за разучаване(говори се за тялото когато не е било под контрола на Пейн).

Трето тяло:Това тяло е много дебело,огромен мъж с много на брой конусовидни пиарси .Той е тяло за защита.Някак си може да абсорбира всякакво нинджутсо свързано с някаква техника дори и огромният Расенган.Тялото е на човек на име Кусагакуре.

Четвърто тяло: Това тяло е високо и слабо,с дълга пусната коса с пръчка(т.е. пиарс) прокаран диаголнално през носа му.Част от бойната му техника за ръкопашен бой е в тъмнина(т.е. не е добър) защото по-рано в битката му с Джирая той му поврежда зрението.Това тяло е на човек на име Такигакуре.

Пето тяло:Това тяло също е голямо с голя глава и доста дебел врат (uhn?!) с голяма квадратна челюст с голям полу-окръжен пиарс на носа и един голям на брадичката(+ конусовидни на главата).Някак си той може да откача и изстрелва като ракета дясната си ръка за далечен бой(може да разбие скала).

Шесто тяло:Последното му тяло е здраво и мускулесто,със заострена коса,с тройни пръчки(пиарси) на ушите му и линия от няколко пиарса на всяка от бузите му.Способностите на това тяло са мистерия за сега но се знае че има връзка със способността за възкресение на телата на Пейн.
